Presentation Submissions

Thank you for your willingness to share your expertise at Crash and Learn! Your engaging presentations are the cornerstone of this conference’s success, and curating an exceptional learning experience remains our top priority. Due to the unique nature of Crash and Learn, slide presentations are not permitted. Therefore, subject matter experts are required to deliver credible content without relying heavily on presenter notes. Additionally, presenters are expected to dedicate time to addressing attendees’ specific needs and questions before, during, and after their sessions.

If you can meet these expectations, please complete all applicable fields on the form below. If you cannot provide a URL for your presentation materials, resume/CV, or headshot(s), you may email these items directly to contact@heavyliesthehelmet.com using the same email address provided on the form. For URL submissions, ensure proper access permissions are granted.

As an honorarium for presenting at Crash and Learn, you will receive:

  • Free admission to the conference
  • Free CE’s
  • Free camping area
  • Free lunch and dinner on education days

You will be notified via email once we determine if your presentation is accepted or not. If accepted, the information you provide will be used for accreditation purposes. We look forward to reviewing your innovative submissions!
