Crash and Learn 2026 – Ticket Purchase Agreement

By purchasing, attending, exhibiting, sponsoring, or participating in Crash and Learn 2026 (“Event”) at Auburn-Lewiston Airport in Auburn, ME and Acres of Wildlife Campground, Steep Falls, Maine, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that this is an outdoor event and agree to assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive, release, and discharge Heavy Lies the Helmet, LLC, along with its owners, employees, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and partners, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in or presence at the Event, including those resulting from negligence.

You agree not to bring any claim or legal action against any released party related to the Event.

Media Release

You grant permission for photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the Event to be used by Heavy Lies the Helmet, LLC for promotional or other lawful purposes without compensation or additional consent.

Tickets, Refunds, and Transfers

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or cancellations.
  • Tickets and exhibitor spaces are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Heavy Lies the Helmet, LLC.
  • Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event and may be revoked at any time without compensation.

Event Changes & Force Majeure

This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. You understand that conditions may change.

Heavy Lies the Helmet, LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, the Event may be rescheduled at a later date. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heavy Lies the Helmet, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, or personal property.

Conduct & Compliance

You agree to comply with all Event rules, venue policies, and applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Third-Party Services

Ticket purchases and payments may be processed through third-party platforms. You agree to their terms and conditions when completing your purchase.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and Maine.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and voluntarily accept all associated risks.
